You do not need to make any changes at this time to your loan with Esme and should continue to repay your loan in accordance with the loan schedule. If you have any questions about your existing loan or would like to make any changes, please continue to contact the customer service helpdesk.
You can apply for a second loan once you have made 6 successful consecutive monthly payments on your current loan. Applying for a second loan is simple. We’ve already got your details, so it only takes one click! Log on to your Esme online account and click on the ‘Get new loan’ button. Esme allows a maximum of 2 loans at a time
Once you’ve signed your documents and given us your bank account details, the money will be sent to your account within an hour; so you should receive your funds on the same day if your account can receive faster payments. This account must also be the same that the Direct Debit will be taken from. To check if your account can receive faster payments, you can use this sort code checker.

Esme is fully funded by NatWest. We can deposit your loan into your account as soon as you are approved and accept our offer.
